To complete the online tutorials and class lessons you will have to download the project source files. All the source files have been compressed into a ZIP file.
What are ZIP files?
ZIP files are compressed data – which basically means that a collection of files can be combined together in one package, while also compressing the collection of files to a reduced size to make them easier to transport or to store as a backup.
Some of the most common compression files, such as MP3, can be added to a ZIP file, but will not normally compress much more from the orginal file size. Uncompressed files tend to compress bigger than files that have already had a compression applied.
What ZIP software to use?
There are many different software packages available online or directally on your computer. If you are using a PC, you can normally double click the zip folder icon and it will simply open the folder.
If for any reason you are unable to open the ZIP files on your PC computer, you might need to download WINZIP for PC.
For MAC users, you can download and install STUFFIT
